All the other versions including 11.0 do work. 11.5 will install, but when I
try to run it, it crashes and gives the log file that was attached. Version
11.5 of this software is the new one that was just released. I never ran across
this problem before. Does not matter what distribution of Linux I use. It
installs and then crashes when you try to run it. Runs just fine on native
windows 10 as well.

I got same issue with VCarve Pro Trial Edition 11.555. But it works on
WINEARCH=win32 .

The backtrace in the "Dump file from crash" attachment shows that Vectric
Aspire tries to modify kernelbase.dll in memory. I suspect this is related to
the copy-protection system that Vectric is using so all their applications will
have the same issue.

So this is a duplicate of bug 54829.
