when i was Testing to install Wine or any sort of version it is said to be broken by held packages, done a Fresh install of Ubuntu 14.04 done the same issue. tryed the "Fix broken Packages" and showed this

His message Wine 1.6 and 1.7.8 haven't landed in the official repos yet. Bring the issue there up with the wine team. Targeting wine 1.4 here.

Bring the issue there up with the wine team.
He means the Ubuntu Wine package maintainers, Scott Ritchie and Maarten Lankhorst. You should contact them directly about any issues with the Ubuntu Wine packages and/or PPA.

Yup running Wine 1.7.11 and tested 1.6 version which fully works
