Screensavers work fine if they go full screen, but if virtual wine desktop is
enabled in graphics settings it makes alpha wrong and causes streaking.

I think most anyone can see the problem. Affects nearly all screensavers. :/

This ticket has not been updated for over 900 days. Development recommends
to check the status on your bug every release or two and let to be known if the
bug is still present. If not, mark it fixed. If you are no longer able to put
effort to this ticket, you can abandon it.

Is this still an issue with 1.7.2 or higher ?

To update this I am seeing that the regular 98 screensavers work fine. I can
confirm however that the bug still exists in 98 Plus! screensavers from which I
made the original bug report refering to Sports.scr which now appears
completely black.

This is your friendly reminder that there has been no bug activity for over a
year. Is this still an issue in current (1.7.37 or newer) wine? If so, please
attach the terminal output in 1.7.37 (see http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log).
