When trying to change resolution in "Pro Pinball: Timeshock" and "Pro Pinball:
Big Race USA" it crashes wine. See attached log.

Can you try disabling sound?

second crashlog without sound

Attached second crashlog didn't have sound enabled.

As before, I get a messages box before it crashes:

Click on OK to terminate the application

When clicking on ok, the stack trace is dumped to stdout.

No. Both Pro Pinball USA and Pro Pinball Timeshock work with wine 1.1.18
flawlessly - I can change resolutions without problems.

Then it's fixed... unless you cannot reproduce the problem with the same
version of Wine you originally reported the problem for.

Closing bugs fixed in 1.1.19.
