Wine Silverlight 4.0 5.0 & 5.1 error generated (tested all) when attempting to
play a video using both Netflix desktop for Linux or  when attempting to watch
a video using UAControl or User Agent Overrider extensions (tried both) with
user agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:24.0) Gecko/20131011
Firefox/24.0-Agent overrider.  Ubuntu 13.10/Linux Mint 16 64Bit. Full error
message:

The program pluginloader.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. This can be caused by a problem in
the program or a deficiency in Wine .You may want to check the application
Database for tips about running this application.

Hello folks,

this doesn't look like plain Wine but a version with various unofficial patches
applied?
Such configurations are not supported here.

You should report this to the authors who maintain the modified Wine version
and/or the Pipelight project.

FYI: https://bugs.launchpad.net/pipelight/+bug/1243200

If you can still reproduce it with an official _unpatched_ Wine version from
winehq.org/distros you might reopen this bug.
Make sure you provide exact instructions how to reproduce this (what to
install, download locations etc.).
