Please, try again in the latest development version of wine (currently 1.5.10).
Drivers are know not to work in wine but the problem reported is in wininet and
may already have been fixed. If upgrading does not solve this crash please
attach a new backtrace with wine debugging symbols installed. See
http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log

If the installer is legally available for download you could also post the link
so others can test too.

current (1.7.25 or newer) wine and you can provided the needed information,
