[Bug 5087] internet explorer 6 fails to install correctly

Hi there...

I've been working on it.  I've got the same results more or less as wine 0.9.11
(bug 4975).  I've been doing the manual install as well, and the error are
similar to the attachment here:

The GLX errors are not reproducible here, as I've not experienced those.

If I may propose, bugs 4975 and 5087 be merged as one, since this error started
occuring at the same time whatever patches were introduced in 02-28-2006
