Summary: Ultraedit v14.00+3 cannot be configured anymore Product: Wine Version: 1.0-rc1 Platform: PC URL: http://www.idmcomp.com/files/hotfix/ue_english.zip OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: critical Priority: P1 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: JurgenvonOerthel@hotmail.com
When running under Windows or when the combination Wine 0.9.60/Ultraedit v14.00a+1 is used then Advanced->Configuration lets the user modify a lot of settings organized in some sort of menu structure. Wine 1.0-rc1/Ultraedit v14.00+3 only displays the first menu entry. It doesn't display the menu itself at all.

--- Comment #1 from Jurgen von Oerthel JurgenvonOerthel@hotmail.com 2008-05-13 04:48:45 --- I reverted back to wine 0.9.59 and I still have the same problem. This problem therefore appears to be specific to Ultraedit version v14.00a+3

--- Comment #2 from Vitaliy Margolen vitaliy@kievinfo.com 2008-05-13 09:39:21 --- Not critical - please read the definition of severity levels. You still can "find" the other configuration pages. With native comctl32.dll the config window works fine.

--- Comment #3 from Vitaliy Margolen vitaliy@kievinfo.com 2008-05-15 09:28:04 --- Actually that treeview is present on the page, just invisible. You can [tab] into it. Appears to be application tries to auto-position those extra components on the left itself. But somehow gets too large of the vertical size.
