There is problem with sound in Wielki Multimedialny Słownik Angiel 2004

pronounciation doesn't work as expected, the sound stucks after about one
second and is played in loop.

Are you saying this program works for you with a newer version of Wine?

Lei, true, but not only -- Krzysztof described precisely how to make the sound
work, so it works also for Krzysztof (he reported this problem). I wrote about
WORKSFORME just to reassure that it is ok to close this report now.

The problem from the beginning was lack of DirectX. I tested it (with DirectX)
with wine 0.9.55 and RC1, both work fine.
