Still present in 1.2-rc1 for the vertical ruler, but the horizontal ruler is
fine.

I just tested it in 1.1.24, and the problem with the vertical ruler is there,
though the horizontal ruler is fine. I don't think it's a regression, but if it
is, it's older than that.

I tried 15 different versions since 0.9.60 till 1.2-rc2 and did not found any
version, which would work correctly for vertical ruler.

Still present in wine 1.6-rc4
affects only the vertical ruler.

Word 2007 in 1.7.36

Yes, it's still an issue. Attaching log from opening Word 2007 in 1.7.36 as
requested, though I don't think there's anything relevant there.
