Summary: Tree doesn't fold/unfold on mouse click Product: Wine Version: 1.1.17 Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: trivial Priority: P2 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: lukasz.wojnilowicz@gmail.com
Created an attachment (id=20122) --> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=20122) Tree
I'm using Wine 1.1.17 (compiled from source using gcc version 4.3.2 20081105 (Red Hat 4.3.2-7) ) on Fedora 10 i386.
The problem is in CATIAV5R19 with tree (attached image) in main window and this is very annoying:
1) LMB in drawing area to lose focus on tree 2) LMB on "plus sign" in tree behaviour: nothing does happen expected behaviour: tree should unfold 3) move mouse pointer and tree unfolds as it should earlier
1) LMB in drawing area to lose focus on tree 2) LMB on "plus sign" in tree behaviour: nothing does happen expected behaviour: tree should unfold 3) LMB on "plus sign" again and tree unfolds but if i move mouse pointer the tree folds again which is unwelcome
LMB-left mouse button

--- Comment #11 from Traumflug mah@jump-ing.de 2012-03-19 08:12:21 CDT --- I think this isn't a malfunction on the library level, but mouse position and window position getting out of sync with Ubuntu's window manager. You have to move the window a bit to get it back into sync, then clicks are received where they're expected.
I often see windows which are apparently rendered fine hopping elsewhere, often to the top left corner, when trying to use them. In such a case the tree doesn't unfold just because the click is received elsewhere.
Mouse and window getting out of sync isn't a Catia-specific issue, I see it with about every application using Wine and since Ubuntu 11.04.
