Cuando se trata de instalar la aplicación compumap, surge el siguiente error:

fixme:ntdll:find_reg_tz_info Can't find matching timezone information in the
registry for bias 180, std (d/m/y): 0/00/0000, dlt (d/m/y): 0/00/0000

and the application is closed and may not be able to install.

if we change the time zone from setting date / time in ubuntu, change values to
0/00/0000 by the corresponding time zone, and the error remains.

the zone that corresponds to my location is: America / Argentina / Buenos_Aires
