With wine-1.4, running http://launch.soe.com/installer/DCUO_setup.exe
brought up a nice UI.
With wine-1.5.8, it puts up a black screen with a little logo in the middle.

I can reproduce in 1.5.8, but not wine-1.5.9-186-g1f6febe. Looking at the
terminal, looks like it was hanging in secur32, likely related to bug 31138.
