The program is Garena+, which includes BBtalk. That might be what the reporters in bugs 39397 and 40574 were actually using, though you certainly can't tell that from their descriptions. If they are the same, I'd mark those as duplicates of this bug even though this one was filed later, as the summary and description here are much clearer.

In my tests, the window disappears just from mousing over it, even without clicking. This happens with or without an emulated virtual desktop.

I don't get a crash after the window disappears; BBtalk.exe and ggdllhost.exe continue to run in the background and have to be killed.
