--- Comment #1 from Jeff Zaroyko jeffz@jeffz.name 2010-02-15 04:13:10 --- Which version of Wine did you test with? Does anything change if you cd to the install directory and start it there?

--- Comment #2 from Nick Davies nick@lasventajas.com 2010-02-15 04:34:48 --- I tested with 1.1.38 and have posted over the last week or so in the forums. I just tried launching from the install directory and that makes no difference.

--- Comment #3 from Nick Davies nick@lasventajas.com 2010-02-15 04:36:28 --- The developers tell me the problem is related to xrender.

From the Importance definition :
"Normal : For an application crash or loss of functionality"
Doesn't invisibility of every menu item imply a loss of functionality? We are not using this app because of this problem, whereas if it were trivial, we would be.

--- Comment #13 from Roderick Colenbrander thunderbird2k@gmail.com 2010-04-13 11:16:28 --- You could try the following patch I submitted. Not sure when it will enter GIT (it might need a few more iterations). Not saying it will help but it could help. http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-patches/2010-April/087139.html

--- Comment #14 from Nick Davies nick@lasventajas.com 2010-04-27 09:03:17 --- Just tried with 1.1.43 and the menu icons now appear fine. However, the app crashes if I move any app window with the mouse.
New bug or do I continue my reports here?
