--- Comment #2 from Paul Ryan pcryanjr@gmail.com --- When I open the challenges window, it just stays blank and unresponsive. Is this how the crash looks? If so, where on the file system should I go to look for a similar dump file?
I'm using Wine inside of Ubuntu precise, with Arial and Tahoma newly and specially installed by me (as far as I can tell), as indicated should be done. That font installation made no difference in this case.

--- Comment #3 from Paul Ryan pcryanjr@gmail.com --- my Wine version is wine-1.9.11, btw

--- Comment #4 from Paul Ryan pcryanjr@gmail.com --- And I do have the latest Pokerstars client. Pokerstars just updated it automatically today, in fact, as it likes to do.

--- Comment #5 from winetest@luukku.com --- You could try winetricks -q corefonts or winetricks -q allfonts. And then setting the windows version from xp to higher.
I can't qurantee that it works, but some of the libcef bugs seem to be worked around like this.

I have the exact same problem but in this case while starting the client (can't even play).
Tested it in 1.9.24 and staging-1.9.23. Always the same problem

--- Comment #7 from Carlos Silva r3pek@r3pek.org --- Sorry the comment spam but just to add: - Tested on Arch Linux - Version is from www.pokerstars.pt (launched today) but AFAICT, the problem is the same. - I have installed corefonts and tahoma fonts

--- Comment #8 from mvinhas.tirso@gmail.com --- I'm also affected by this bug. Tried on Wine 1.8, Wine 1.9, Wine 2.0 and if I can recall correctly, Wine 2.13.
Happened on both Ubuntu and Debian.
