I've turned off warnings and added relay, msi, and msidb as requested.

The debug log is too big, so you'll have to download it from:
http://www.stormmage.com/misc/debug.tar.gz

A google search of the installation page turns up:

This is the same install of the program that I'm running, as far as I can tell.
