the hashed square of the bug 6039 reappeared. This is a regression. Regression
test gave the  following bad commit

I think that the patch itself is ok, but it reveals a different bug somewhere.
Before my patch the spotlight parameter set in opengl was NaN(Not a number),
which will always result in undefined behavior and is always wrong.
