[Bug 3926] Oracle Client installer dosen't function

I tested the Oracle 8.1.7 Personal Edition Win98 Installer with Wine 0.9.11 and
the problem is still not solved. I did the following steps :

- change with wincfg the windows version to Win98
- wine SETUP.EXE
- fill in the File Locations
- select Oracle8i Typical Installation 8.1.7.0.0
- wine crashes
