When starting the game the introscreen is about 66% outside the window.  I've
attached a screenshot showing what I mean.

I get flooded with tons of the following fixme

this was tested under linux, not mac

I could not get hold of version 420 (if that is the version this bug is
concerning), but with the latest version (v1.07) the into screen works
perfectly.
