Which one did you test with? You can't expect anyone to attempt to fix the bug if you don't give clear instructions on how to repeat it.

Not sure what happened between 1.7.21 and 1.7.22 but 1 seemed to work after retest the 1 at http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/playstation3/ works which seems ledgit the PS3 Emu at http://playstation3emulator.net/ps3-emulator-download.html dont work no need to fix that 1 if 1 already works but ill make that ur choice

--- Comment #8 from joaopa jeremielapuree@yahoo.fr --- Does the bug occur with wine-5.0-rc3?

--- Comment #9 from sahelanthropus 3dw_50ssu16amyn7@byom.de --- Created attachment 66163 --> https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=66163 RPCS3 GUI log
The first link, playstation3emulator.n e t, leads to a fake PS3 emulator which is blacklisted on Spam404. It's a simple GUI which presses you to do online surveys.
Didn't check that scam app on wine.
The second link leads to the official RPCS3 emulator. The GUI runs fine with 5.0-rc3 after installing vcrun2019, didn't test a game since I don't own any. But the app requires at least OpenSSL Runtime 1.1.1 to update itself which fails with the in-GUI log: "E Unable to update RPCS3! Please make sure your system supports SSL. Visit our quickstart guide for more information: https://rpcs3.net/quickstart"
Don't know if that is already tracked somewhere.
