In Picasa 2.7, select a picture, right click, and select "Add to Album" -> "New
Album..."

In the dialog box, click inside the Description edit box. Now press the ESC
key.

Expected result: the dialog box closes (tested on WinXP)
Actual result: nothing happens (tested on Wine)

With SendInput, it works just fine. I think in the test app, the dialog box is
not getting the key press? With focus on the edit box, the tab key doesn't work
either.
