Bug is still 1.7.17

I didnt do debug, but I think this issue can be found multiple games because of
unimplemented function(s).

I tried this with clean prefix.

very odd experience.

The game starts, but screen is blank, but few things are drawn like new game
(buttons). Also music can be heard.

console shows basically just this

fixme:ddraw:ddraw_surface7_Flip Ignoring flags 0x1.

I saw some text drawn, but the buttons aren't correctly drawn (basically not at
all) and the background picture is missing. Also the whole thing (main menu?)
looked like misplaced. I was unable to see mouse cursor too.

wine 1.7.52 and wine 1.7.51 staging.

I got additional fixme with staging that could somehow be related.

fixme:ddraw:ddraw_surface_create Application wants to create rendering target
in system memory, using video memory instead
