When u install it into the PlayOnLinux Program u can Install it but when its
done Copying and Installing the Files it freezes up at "Please wait while the
Elder Scrolls 4 - Oblivion is Installed" and wont finish up it still has the
Circle as in it is Loading but it wont stop and finish up. Every thing else
works perfectly its just Play On Linux wont stop loading i waited for 12 Hours
and still was goin.
Hope this Helps others if it is Fixed im sure it would. 
But i did Try installing and i got this Report from it
Im usin Ubuntu 13.04 
wine 1.6
--- Few Minutes Later---
For some reason when i Canceled the Play On Linux thing out it has the Icon on
the Desktop and not in Playonlinux Browser thing

im not sure but last time i known when there is something Installed from
Playonlinux it Run's it in Wine but thats just me i still have stuff to Learn

What Austin meant was that Play on Linux setups are simply not supported in
Bugzilla. POL has a lot of custom patches and a custom setup process which
heavily modifies and adapts Wine for the game you're playing. Additionally, the
versions it ships can often be very old.

This is less-than-ideal for bug reporting. If you can reproduce this in plain
Wine, feel free to reopen this bug (and attach some more info, see
http://wiki.winehq.org/Bugs)
