IE6sp1 on 20050830
'Open in new window' from right click and from web page target opens a blank 
window with no URL in the address bar and also right click 'view source' window 
opens blank page in notepad. All dll's set to native except comctl32.dll and 
*advapi.dll.  Seems that the url parameter is getting lost.

P.S. IE6.1 installed on 20050211 and then wine uninstalled and 20050803 
installed using old config because could not get it to install on 20050803.
