The installer pauses near the end with a model messagebox that says "Couldn't create instance of IKnownFolderManager"; the log says err:ole:CoGetClassObject no class object {4df0c730-df9d-4ae3-9153-aa6b82e9795a} could be created for context 0x17
Clicking OK lets the install proceed.
Found with wisotool.

The installer is looking for FOLDERID_PublicGameTasks, which is supported now but not created by Wine (same goes for FOLDERID_LocalAppDataLow from bug 22896).
If you do
$ mkdir -p ~/.wine/drive_c/users/Public/Microsoft/Windows/GameExplorer
the install completes successfully.
