Hello, I am trying to run Gothic 3 1.7 on wine-1.1.17 using Ubuntu 8.10 (amd64).
My video card is: NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M Nvidia driver version: 180.29
I tried multiple OffscreenRenderingMode settings but all have graphic issues.
I will attach a screenshot of each.
The first screenshot shows the issues that occur when no OffscreenRenderingMode has been set in the registry.

I can confirm that. The issue from second attachment occurs when shaders are 3.0 when shaders are 2.0 then the graphical corruption is only as seen on the ground.

I'm not sure if we should modify/split this bug, because it contains 4 different bugs.
I think:
Picture one is bug 9717 .
Picture 2 shows a bug with fbo (flickering pixels) and a bug with the view distance (the big background, which is in front). I think they are both different bugs and have nothing todo with each other.
Picture 3 is a bug with orm = pbuffer, so it is also a separate bug.

What's up with this report?

The bug mentions too much at the same time.
1. ORM=backbuffer: see bug 9717 2. ORM=fbo: 2a. the view distance looks fine here 2b. flickering - mentioned in bug 9717 see http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=11344 (only the picture shows the problem, nothing more!) - mentioned in bug 10206 see http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=27312 (the picture seems to show a similar issue, not sure if it is the same underling problem) - maybe bug 25774 ? 3. ORM=pbuffer: was removed a some time ago 4. the black sky with ORM=fbo is bug 23012 5. using native d3dx9_xx.dll is bug 28055
The only issue I see is the flickering but I'm not yet sure if it is bug 25774 or if it should be a new bug.
