The game EverQuest recently moved to 64-bit and to patch the game LaunchPad.exe
needs the ie8 package but it will not give a graphical interface due to
dependency ie8.

Current solution is to have two prefixes 32 and 64 and patch from the 32 bit
prefix and run the game from the 64 bit prefix
The patcher is still 32 bit and requires ie8 which only works and installs from
win32 WINEARCH
