Works for me correctly under wine-1.7.28 and wine-1.7.29 + same DWG Build version.

Me too. 32bit debian wheezy, but self-built from sources. It works for me in clean wine prefix and even with "winetricks alldlls=builtin".

ok, so in order to reproduce it you need (k)ubuntu 14.04 32 bit.

As ubuntu does not have a ubuntu wine bug tracker (right?) I would have to report is as an ubuntu bug?
