In both bug reports, I said the application was GoldMine 6.7. I attached a log file in the original post. I tried your tip (vitaliy@kievinfo.com) about gecko and there was no change.
My response to you (vitaliy@kievinfo.com) was rejected and I was told to submit yet another bug report.
