Still not fixed in wine-1.1.39-163-g583f0f0.
Comment #11 is still valid. Running 3dsetup.exe with different win version:
Windows 98 -> "Error! Could not get 'HardWareKey' value." & exit
Windows XP -> ** IT WORKS **
