At installation of programs created by "Ghost" installer, creation of shortcuts
leads to an error:

Not bugzilla bug. What Wine version? What exactly is the problem? Does it
create the shortcut?

version wine 1.1.35

Program installation goes before creation of shortcuts, there are folders in
the main menu - programs, there is a given error further, and she can be seen
only in the console, visually occurs nothing, program installation is completed
normally, but shortcuts in the main menu - programs and accordingly in the menu
wine too do not form.

Run this 'export WINEDEBUG=+menubuilder' then run installation again (on clean
wineprefix of course - 'rm -rf ~/.wine').

Attach as a plain text file (do not paste) complete terminal output of the
install.

Shortcuts do not form at a stage of their creation in the directory .wine and
accordingly are not registered in the menu gnome. As a result of the fulfilled
operations, the directory /home/rocker/.wine/drive_c/users/Public/Главное
меню/Программы/ПолюсСофт/Polaris Utilities/ has been created, but in it
shortcuts have not been created.

The {00021401-0000-0000-c000-000000000046} is CLSID_ShellLink
(http://mikolajapp.appspot.com/uuid/query?q=%7B00021401-0000-0000-c000-000000...)
and should be available in current Wine (in some old versions of Wine, there
was a typo in the UUID and the class was not registered, but new version should
update themselves). Could you check if you have
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID{00021401-0000-0000-c000-000000000046} ?
