Microsoft GIF Animator's setup program seems to run smoothly at first, but after clicking the "complete install" button, it won't finish the installation. It produces a message which simply says "Microsoft GIF Animator setup did not complete successfully."

After the point where it fails in Wine, the next thing it does in Windows is ask the user which program group it should create its start menu links in.
The program itself can be run with few bugs in Wine, but it has to be done the "wrong" way - by installing in Windows first, then running the program executable without proper installation in Wine.

Before this commit, selecting the complete installation option yields a "Setup Message" dialog:
"Setup was unable to start DDE communication with the Desktop."
Selecting the Ignore button on this dialog allows the installation to proceed and to eventually succeed. After this commit, the installer simply fails with "Microsoft GIF Animator setup did not complete successfully" as reported.
