I will attach an equivalent screenshot so you can see what the output should look like.
Unfortunately this is shrink-wrapped software, so no possibility to hack the software itself to debug it.
The company website is www.novadevelopment.com, product Greetings Card Factory - I have version 1.0 (note they are now selling version 5.0). Although there is a try before you buy section, I could not find any downloadable trial version of this program - just various clipart samples.
