Does this happen with a fresh ~/.wine or is that because you have some app
installed with a non-standard registry key?

The bug takes place on a fresh, "out of repository" wine. No apps, nor tricks.
Also attached foobar2000 installation trace - failed, though it worked well on
my previous installed version of wine 1.3.26
