I don't experience this bug - I'm currently using wine 2.20 (I have issues with
starting MTGO with 2.21), and can add buddies from home screen.

I'll doublecheck with latest wine.
Also its worth reporting that 2.21 regressed and bisecting that to find the
offending commit (in separate report)

Still crashes for me on 2.21-staging when pressing "Add Buddy" on main screen
