When installer starts copying files, "Details..." button appears. Pressing this button shows a read-only edit box that displays current progress on processing files. It works on Windows, but not on Wine. I've tested it with VLC's and Qt's installers.

If WINEDEBUG is not set, wine produces nothing except signle message "fixme:shell:SHAutoComplete SHAutoComplete stub" during the whole VLC installation process. This FIXME appears when switching to "Choose install location" screen, i.e. earlier than installation begins.

Cannot confirm this bug: NSIS installer shows the output correctly when pressing on the 'Details' button during installation. Tried with numerous Wine versions from 1.1.9 to 1.1.43: all showed the details correctly. See attached screenshot.
