This had been working, but now it spits out an error.  Not sure what error 126
is, but if someone could take a look and provide some options for tracing the
problem, it would be appreciated.  I could do a regression test, but IŽm not
sure when the icon creation for this specific case started working..  Will check
into this later..  Below is the error I get on the console window when it gets
to the icon creation phase of the install.
