--- Comment #3 from Vitaliy Margolen vitaliy@kievinfo.com 2008-09-20 12:20:10 --- Looks like x11's bug not Wine's: Backtrace: =>1 0x7e064117 XChangeProperty+0x17() in libx11.so.6 (0x7daad900)
Are you using compiz? If so, can you try do disable it? If you don't, can you try to enable it?
What video card and drivers?
Austin, no need for regression testing here, it's clear which commit it was: e4cba25ac74f00ced35de284835ca646d3dd47db and be3c3a52141e100075c11896ac96e50736411ae3

--- Comment #5 from Dave Phillips dave@linux-sound.org 2008-09-21 14:10:07 --- Some system details:
Video card is nVidia 7600GS, with nVidia's binary driver, version 169.12.
I don't use Compiz. Desktop is nothing more than Fluxbox, no KDE or GNOME. The distro is the Jacklab Audio Distribution 1.0, built on OpenSUSE 10.2.
I installed the latest Reaper (2.50) with Wine 1.1.5, no problems reported during the installation. However, when I run the program I receive the error report I already posted. I ran Reaper from its own directory (c/Program Files/REAPER2) and from my home prompt, behavior was the same.
