Using foobar2000 v1.1.2 with Wine 1.3.11.  Run foobar2000, go to preferences ->
Media Library tab.  Click on Add button, and the program crashes with the
following message on the wine command line output:

wine: Call from 0x7bc4a850 to unimplemented function
shared.dll._uBrowseForFolderEx@12, aborting

Presumably that's an application provided dll. How are you running the
application? Where is that dll located?

You're right.  shared.dll is in the folder where I am running the program from.
 Shall I attach it to this bug report?

No.

You may want to try running with the full win32 exe path, or perhaps the app
wants to be started from a different directory.

Good tip!  I moved the program folder from ~/.foobar2000 to
~/.wine/drive_c/Program_Files/foobar2000 and now it no longer crashes.  Thanks
for your help.
