This is a regression bug.
KeepFocused from http://keepfocused.codeplex.com/ works in Wine 1.2.1 but it doesn't work in 1.3.5 or 1.3.4. In both instances I got the error attached.

No, it's not:
$ git describe 3e86d43030e36ce85b330620be3cca638542906a wine-1.3.6-14-g3e86d43
which is newer than wine-1.3.6.
