Do you have IE6/Mozilla activeX controll installed properly? If not, please
install one or the other (for mozilla you'll need to manually registrer it:
cd ~/.wine/dosdevices/c:/Program\ Files/Mozilla\ ActiveX\ Control\ v1.7.12
wine regsvr32 mozctlx.dll
