I have downloaded the FXCM FX Trading Station (Forex client) at http://download.fxcorporate.com/FXCM/FXTS2InstallFra.EXE and when I launch the FXCM FX Trading Station installer, the installer does not work.
I add install log as an attachment.

Are you talking about msxml3.dll (msxml3.dll.so) from wine binaries or msxml3.dll from Microsoft Windows binaries ?

Please can you give me the complete line ? It will be useful for me to report problem with MS Windows applicatons with wine.

WINEDEBUG=+msxml wine FXTS2InstallFra.EXE 2>&1 | gzip -c > winelog_msxml.log.gz
However DO NOT use this every time, only when asked. You should always attach plain terminal output _without_ any WINEDEBUG flags set.

Please confirm it doesn't crash for you.
