error log while startin lxsetup.exe

Quicken 2009 German version needs flash to be installed. Even did install flash
(windows version 10) the lxsetup.exe does not work. see attached log for more
information.

Flash may not be installed correctly. Or perhaps it needs a different version
of it?

FlashPlayerControl.dll is not provided by Adobe Flash.  Nor is it provided by
Windows or Wine.
