Hi,

when i try to setup wheel's dead zones under Need for speed 3 (NFS), it
incorrectly detects wheel. Wheel is detected twice and one has wrong dead zone
setting.

In wine-1.1.24 NFS detects the wheel twice with the same correct name of wheel.

In wine-0.9.58 NFS detects the wheel once with the correct name of wheel and
once like /dev/input/event8.

This is by design. Wine has 2 joystick drivers that will result in any joystick
shown twice.

What's the problem with that?

Closing invalid, there is nothing to fix here.

Sorry, i didn't know that.

Well, but maybe one of them needs some kind of fix? By default the second one
shows non-sensual zone values and cant be set to the same values like first
one.

Are you sure you using wine-1.1.24? Wine doesn't report device path as the
joystick name since April 19's patch.
