Bug #: 31001 Summary: SecureCRT: could not write to the host key database file Product: Wine Version: 1.5.7 Platform: x86 URL: http://www.vandyke.com/products/securecrt/index.html OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Keywords: download Severity: trivial Priority: P2 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: austinenglish@gmail.com Classification: Unclassified
Doesn't seem to affect anything, as far as I can tell, but when connecting to a new host, it can't save the host's key:
Could not write to the host key database file C:\users\austin\Application Data\VanDyke\Config\KnownHosts\hostsmap.txt
Access Denied
if you click ok to dismiss it, the connection seems fine.

Is this still an issue in Wine 1.7.45 or later?
There's a working download, Abandoned? is inappropriate.
In any case, it's not in the current version of the software/wine, marking fixed: [austin@localhost ~]$ sha1sum scrt734-x86.exe d1678feb16be1f2ccdfea27dbf02661ddea427a4 scrt734-x86.exe [austin@localhost ~]$ du -h scrt734-x86.exe 17M scrt734-x86.exe [austin@localhost ~]$ wine --version wine-1.7.46-227-gf6653a9
