I've got a copy to test this bug, but I think this is commercial software.

Currently, the application fails to start, because it wants to open its own 
EXE file with "write" permission. I'll post a hack that makes the application 
start anyway. The application doesn't work 100% in Windows XP either: The edit 
control background flips between gray and white.
