For the record, unless the program doesn't function, it's not a bug. Though in
this case it does, so updating summary.

Program crashes on run with:
wine: Call from 0x7b844300 to unimplemented function
msvcirt.dll.??0logic_error@@QAE@ABQBD@Z, aborting
wine: Call from 0x7b844300 to unimplemented function
msvcirt.dll.??0logic_error@@QAE@ABV0@@Z, aborting

Confirming in wine 0.9.57.

and why do you think the installer should supply msvcirt.dll?  Maybe the
packages naively thought msvcirt would already be in the system.

Seriously...it took me all of 2 minutes to verify that this installer does not
supply msvcirt.dll.  Investigate your own bugs before wasting others' time. 
Invalid.
