I can't really tell whether this unimplemented API causes a bug.
As stated in bug report 53359, there a 2 bugs in Condor :
- non working forcefeedback
- problem with windows focus once you click on a parent window when a child
window is open >> maybe related to this API but can't be sure

Please don't file a new bug for FIXME but file new bugs for the specific issue
you see with the application.
