Xara Designer Pro (v8) runs fine except when selecting the text tool. Then it
crashes under Wine.

Reteste under 1.5.31. Now Xara crashes at startup!

It's probably a first application after IE (7?) that uses xmllite. Could you
attach +xmllite,+tid log? Xmllite is really in unusable state in wine
currently, a lot of things are missing.

It crashes in updater code, I sent a patch that fixes that

Updater still won't work, but crash is fixed.
